As we read through Genesis you can see how God is unfolding his plan through extraordinary works. In today's reading we see the great conflict begin between Isaac and Esau which become the nations of Israel and Edom. Esau betrayed his birthright and chose poorly to select food. I wonder how many of us are each day selecting items that are meeting our immediate satisfaction but are betraying our future. Pray today that God would show you where you might be able to choose His best instead of the immediate satisfaction of being filled.
