Let's get back at it for another week.
Today's reading is disturbing at best. We see how sin can easily infiltrate one's life and then the affects are disastrous. Lot had gotten so involved in the city of Sodom that he could no longer distinguish between what was right and what was wrong. He longed to be close to the sin. Even after the Angels told him that the city would be destroyed, to flee far from it, and to never look back, Lot asked if he could simply move to the next city. If you are caught up in your sin then it is time to flee. You can't get away from it by simply moving one town over, you've got to get far from it.
