Numbers 5-8
It started off so well. The opening of the Tabernacle started off so well. The people did exactly as God had prescribed for them to do. They followed what they should bring as an offering to the 'T'. Each tribe brought the identical offering as shown by today's reading. What happened? Eventually the people of Israel turn their back on the God they started off serving so well. I wonder if this is not a lot like us. We start off so well. We make commitment to the Lord and do them so well in the beginning. I want to encourage you to stay faithful to the call of God on your life. Continue to follow Him. Do not become weary in doing good. Galatians 6:9
