Zephaniah 1-3
Zephaniah tells the people that God is going to judge them for having turned against Him and turned to other gods. Even the priests are worshiping Molech instead of God. He says that he will bless those who are humble and destroy those who are proud. He then encourages the remnant to continue to serve him as they will not be harmed. There is always a remnant of people who serve God no matter how bad a situation gets or how pagan a community gets. Are you part of the remnant in your town or city? Are you serving God even though some people may not?
