Zechariah 3-4
These visions certainly have prophetic fulfillment in the Messiah, Jesus. The name Jeshua which is a form of Jesus is even used here as Zechariah recounts the accusations of Satan and the cleansing by God. God speaks of empowering Zerubbabel to finish the Temple and complete his task. Are you on a task for the Lord? Whether that task is to read through the Bible in a year, go on a mission trip, witness to a neighbor or co-worker, start a Bible Study, or whatever God has for you, are you being obedient to it? Today pray for a task and see if God doesn't give you one.
