Romans 4-5
Paul then traces the history of the people of God going back to Abraham. He tells the story in great detail so that we might understand the depths at which God loved Abraham and the amount of obedience Abraham showed to God. Ultimately, Paul notes that Abraham was deemed righteous even before he adhered to any law of God. In verse 20, Paul notes that Abraham never wavered in believing the promises of God about having a son. Can you say that you do not waver when it comes to the promises of God? We sometimes struggle with understanding and applying all of the promises of God. Don't be afraid to put 100% of your trust in the hands of God!
